Ian Rodger could be said to have seen it all and done it all in Knockout terms: he represented three teams in the domestic tournaments, all of whom qualified for the European heats of Jeux Sans Frontières, and was a member of the all-conquering Ely team that took the JSF Golden Trophy in the International Final of 1973.

Ian represented Cheltenham Spa in 1968, Tewkesbury in 1971 and Ely in 1973.
